Today’s question is, “Why do we sometimes feel like God is far away and doesn’t care for us?”
When faced with problems it is quite natural for us to think God has abandoned us. We need to realize being in this world we will have trials and sorrows (John 16:33). These trials are not sent by God.
The truth is, my dear friend, God cares about us. And He does not want us to carry the burdens of the world. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.
God is the same yesterday, today and forever.
His promise holds good for us now, too.
We need to trust His promises and come to Him.
We need to believe that He can meet our needs
And when we allow God into lives we have access to His supernatural powers–the incomparably great power for us who believe (Ephesians 1:19-20).
