Today’s question is, “How to hear God’s voice?”
My dear friend, are you going through your day waiting for answers? Are you stressing over decisions you have to make?
It is normal to have to make decisions in our lives. But we also know that the decision making process can be draining, so we stress over these and spend sleepless nights.
Now, how can we hear God in these matters?
For one, if you are born again, you have God the Holy Spirit living within you. And He is there to counsel you.
But when we overstress ourselves and fear making a wrong decision it blocks the free flow of God communicating with us. Our own emotional response prevents us from hearing from God. So, instead of panicking, be confident of God’s presence within you. In Hebrews 13:5, He has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you”.
Also, know that you have the mind of Christ (1 Cor 2:16). As you walk through the decision making process, He will guide you. It could be just a thought or a gentle prompting. Or it could be through a call or counsel from someone or a message you’ve heard.
