Salvation is God’s initiative to restore the fallen mankind and to give us dignity.
Salvation is God reaching out to us to redeem us from sin and its effects.
Salvation is a plan that was conceived in the heart of God even before the foundations of the earth.
Salvation is demonstration of God’s mercy (Titus 3:5).
Salvation is spiritual birth: being born from above so we can enter into God’s kingdom.
Jesus Christ is the author of salvation (Hebrews 2:10). As said in Hebrews 9:28, “Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many.” This salvation gives us access to all the spiritual blessings in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).
